Our story started many years ago in just my parents kitchen baking for family on Sunday afternoons.  My hobby continued as an adult and Mum but only family ever got to taste my bakes.  One night in 2015 I decided to take the plunge and book a stall at a local farmers market.  My produce were a great success and I sold out of everything I had taken and also had people enquiring about what I did and if I took bookings! This gave me the confidence to continue selling my products and pursue the business further.  It was here that Cupcakes by KST was formed.

I worked hard and attended many events to get my name out in to the public and I produced many cupcakes for family, friends and new customers.  In 2016 a friend asked me to bake a cake for her daughter so thought I’d give it a go… and this was when I found my true passion.  I have a great enthusiasm for the creative side of the bakes, designing, sugar craft and modelling, planning and working hard to get that perfect cake.  The satisfaction from my many customers is what gives me the most pleasure.

In just over three years I have built my business from nothing to what it is today and have had 100’s of very happy customers along the way. I believe now is the right time to push my business to the next level.  Which is why I have recently rebranded the business to show the public that I am more than just cupcakes. I wanted a brand that showed my roots and hard work but also a name that rings true to what we produce which is show stopping cakes!  So in early 2019, the rebrand began!

Its been a journey and one that I am still on, learning all the time and pushing myself to be the best. I am currently studying for a qualification in Patisserie and Confectionary which will enable me to expand my ever growing product list and bring my customers even more delicious bakes.
